1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using duupe (“the Service”), available at duupe.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

duupe is a tool that allows you to post videos and photo slideshows to multiple TikTok accounts simultaneously. You connect your TikTok accounts via OAuth, upload media from your device, and duupe publishes it on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using duupe, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all content you post through duupe.
  • You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms of Service when using duupe to publish content.
  • You must have the rights to any content you upload and publish.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected TikTok accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any content you create and publish through duupe. We do not claim any rights over your content. duupe and its branding are the property of its operators.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The TikTok API may change, become unavailable, or impose rate limits that affect the Service's functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, duupe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of content, failed posts, account suspensions by TikTok, or data loss.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok accounts and signing out.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless duupe and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
